In the biodiverse forests of Misty Mountain and Windy Ridge, coffee thrives naturally within an intact ecosystem. We honor his vision by letting nature direct every stage from forest to cup.

Guided by the natural microflora living in our forests and processing spaces, every expression develops its character without engineered yeasts or chemical inputs. Sunlight, ambient climate, and wild microorganism succession shape each harvest into a singular vintage.
